Personal Coaching is designed for pastors who sense disconnection—spiritually, relationally, or organizationally—and want to lead from a healthier, more grounded place.

  • Two 60-minute personal coaching sessions per month (via Zoom)

  • Personalized leadership and connection assessment

  • Guided reflection using The Connected Church framework

  • Practical, implementable next steps for ministry and leadership

  • Email support between sessions
